We’re seeking a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our team in building AI-driven web applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced technical leads, get hands-on exposure to scalable architectures, and progressively contribute to R&D-focused initiatives.

You’ll be contributing to the development of cloud-native, AI-enhanced web applications for enterprise clients in the healthcare sector. Our solutions are deployed in Azure and AWS, and emphasize data-driven decision-making, LLM-based outputs, interactive analytics, and system integrations.
Our clients include medical centers, private clinics, and occupational health and wellness providers across the UK, Europe, and the USA, delivering specialized services across diverse care domains.

• Key Backlog Tasks: REST API development, UI implementation, LLM integration, data visualization
• AI Focus Areas: Prompt engineering, vectorization, embedding techniques
• End User Goal: Streamlining analytical workflows via AI-powered automation
First 3–6 months:
• Build modern web applications using FastAPI and Streamlit
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Integrate LLM models using LangChain
• Create data tables, charts, and visual outputs
• Participate in collaborative requirements definition and technical planning
By the end of year one:
• Contribute to the design of modular architectures
• Improve and optimize LLM workflows
• Propose product enhancements focused on usability and performance
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves:
• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Python or Node.js
• Understanding of RESTful API design and testing practices
• Familiarity with Pandas, LangChain, FastAPI, or Streamlit
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
