Junior Python Developer

AI-Powered Web Solutions | Remote

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our team in building AI-driven web applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced technical leads, get hands-on exposure to scalable architectures, and progressively contribute to R&D-focused initiatives.

Project & Client Overview

You’ll be contributing to the development of cloud-native, AI-enhanced web applications for enterprise clients in the healthcare sector. Our solutions are deployed in Azure and AWS, and emphasize data-driven decision-making, LLM-based outputs, interactive analytics, and system integrations.

Our clients include medical centers, private clinics, and occupational health and wellness providers across the UK, Europe, and the USA, delivering specialized services across diverse care domains.

What You’ll Do

First 3–6 months:
• Build modern web applications using FastAPI and Streamlit
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Integrate LLM models using LangChain
• Create data tables, charts, and visual outputs
• Participate in collaborative requirements definition and technical planning

 

By the end of year one:

• Contribute to the design of modular architectures
• Improve and optimize LLM workflows
• Propose product enhancements focused on usability and performance

 

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves:

• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Python or Node.js
• Understanding of RESTful API design and testing practices
• Familiarity with Pandas, LangChain, FastAPI, or Streamlit
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

 

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
• Ability to focus and work independently on complex tasks
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proactive and collaborative attitude
• Responsibility and ownership of outcomes

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with React or Next.js
• Familiarity with vector search, embeddings, or NLP models
• Background in building dashboards or analytical user interfaces

Work Conditions

Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible working hours
Overtime: Not required or expected

Interview Process

Technical Assignment – Evaluate skills in APIs, AI integration, and basic logic

Technical Interview – With Tech Lead (stack knowledge, architecture, problem-solving)
Duration: 45–60 minutes

Final Interview – With PM or Project Lead (soft skills, mindset, cultural fit)
Duration: 30–45 minutes
