Alexey Litvin founded GreenM in 2014 with a focus on healthcare data, analytics, and cloud infrastructure. From the start, the work was shaped by what makes healthcare transformation difficult in practice: fragmented clinical and operational data, complex system landscapes, and workflows that must remain reliable under real-world pressure.

Over the past decade, that focus has compounded. We've worked with healthcare organisations across the US and UK, including specialty clinics and occupational health providers to SaaS platforms serving thousands of healthcare facilities. We've built data platforms processing tens of millions of patient records, unified clinical and financial systems for multi-site providers, and deployed AI into live care workflows across documentation, patient communication, and operational automation.

It was a continuation, not a pivot

With deep roots in healthcare data and systems, the path into AI was a natural extension of work we were already doing. As machine learning and automation matured, we applied the same principles we’d built our reputation on: deploy responsibly, integrate into existing environments, and make it work where care is actually delivered.

Today, our work spans private AI foundations, clinical workflow automation, unified health data, and agentic AI systems, all built inside our clients' own infrastructure, with no data leaving their environment.
