Proposal v1.0 · Reporting and analytics · Well Life Clinic

One source of truth for reporting and analytics

Well Life has grown fast, with three sites today and a new one planned every quarter. All the activity sits in Semble, but operations and finance pull the numbers out in different ways, revenue is typed into Xero by hand, and there is no in-house team to own it. This page sets out what we heard, what we propose, and how we'd deliver it in eight weeks.

What we heard

Jag, Jack, thank you for walking me through how quickly Well Life has grown. Here is where things stand today, as I understood it.

The gap

Semble holds the activity and Xero holds the finance, but nothing sits between them and the people who need the numbers. Each team builds its own version by hand, and every new site adds to the work.

Our proposal

One foundation for every number Well Life runs on

We'd close that gap with one foundation in your own Azure, sitting between your systems and your teams. It has three parts: the integration with Semble, a unified data layer, and the management dashboards both teams rely on. Each new system, site and dashboard after that plugs into the same foundation, and AI sits on top when you're ready.

The Eight-Week Run

How we build it, and what each step solves

The Eight-Week Run is how GreenM starts every engagement. A fixed block of work with one clear outcome, built with the people who use the numbers today, live and yours by week eight. Setup, a day in your clinic, build on your real data, demo, then live. Your team gives about two days in total.

After week 8

Xero joined to the same data layer, so revenue flows through without re-keying. New sites added as they open. Jag stays the single point of contact.

What you keep at week eight

  • Semble connected to a data platform in your own Azure
  • One unified data layer that operations and finance share
  • 3 to 5 management dashboards in Power BI, live on your data
  • Written definitions of activity, revenue and waiting time
  • Documentation, access and trained dashboard owners
  • A prioritised backlog for what comes next

Start with the numbers that matter most. Every next dashboard reuses the same foundation.

We can usually start within two weeks of agreeing. With a short break over Christmas, your first dashboards go live in January.

Azure and Microsoft licencesBilled by Microsoft directly to Well Life. We estimate the monthly cost in week 1.At cost

With Xero next and a new site every quarter, we'd suggest Expand to start. We agree the right package together at the end of week 8, and review it in month 3.

What we need from Well Life

Most clinics your size don't have an IT department, and we're used to working that way. What keeps the eight weeks on track is quick access and a little of your teams' time.

  • A point of contact. Jag, with admin rights in Microsoft 365 and Azure, to grant access and approve set-up.
  • Semble access. An API key or admin login, and a colleague who knows how Semble is set up. Semble and Xero stay as they are; we connect, nothing is replaced.
  • An Azure subscription. In Well Life's own Microsoft account, in a UK region. Our engineers work inside it and copy nothing out.
  • Power BI licences. For the people who view reports. We check what your Microsoft 365 plan already includes.
  • About two days of your teams' time. The on-site day in week 2, a weekly check-in and the sign-off in week 7.
  • An introduction to your IT provider. For any account or network set-up on their side.

Next step: a follow-up conversation.

We'd love to walk you both through this and agree the first dashboards together.

Later this week or next

Follow-up meeting

Go through this proposal, answer your questions and agree the first dashboards.

In a couple of weeks
